Role
Centre Manager at AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Full‑time permanent position reporting to the State Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
* Production workshop management – oversee production to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre‑accident condition in accordance with AMA and Work Provider quality expectations.
* Quality, quotes, parts and vehicle management – ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections and vehicles are repaired to pre‑accident condition.
* Customer service and stakeholder management – provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers through prompt, professional and friendly interactions.
* Profit & loss, reporting and administration – ensure the site operates profitably; prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, management reports.
* Leadership and people management – oversee staffing, maintain staffing levels and processes, proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
* Work health and safety (WHS) – maintain the WHS management system, ensure WHS policies and procedures are followed and safety incidents/near misses are reported and actioned.
