About the Role Lead the day-to-day running of an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) home in Western Sydney.
Provide direct support to young people, guide staff, and ensure therapeutic care, safety, and compliance.
This role includes 36 hours face to face support plus 2 hours administration weekly.

The formal employment title on the contract will be "House Manager."
