* We are seeking an experienced administrator/office manager or university student studying law with a customer service background to join our front-of-house operations.
This role involves managing common areas, calendar management, account management, and maintaining confidentiality.
Apart from professional customer service skills, the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work autonomously, use initiative under limited supervision, and have previous experience in corporate reception environments.
The successful candidate will also have proficiency in using Xero, MYOB, or other account management software.
