We are currently seeking a Membership Services Representative to join our thriving New Norfolk Zap Club.
This is a part-time role, 27 hours per week.
Reporting to the State Performance Manager, the Membership Services Representative will focus on delivering an exceptional member experience and building strong stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include driving member growth, sales, care, retention, and handling various customer service and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will provide high-end premium service consistently.
The right candidate will have:
Proven experience and success in a fast-paced premium customer service role
Interest and passion for health and fitness
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently
Availability to work Saturdays and some weekdays
