Job Description
As a Guest Service Agent at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in shaping their overall experience. From arrival to departure, your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures
Handle guest enquiries and phone calls efficiently and with genuine care
Promote Accor's loyalty program by highlighting perks and encouraging sign-ups
Support occupancy and revenue goals through confident upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional, guest-focused service

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer-facing hospitality role
Confident using Microsoft Office; familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly regarded
A strong guest-focused mindset with great attention to detail
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
