APPLY NOW: People and Culture Officer Enhanced Lifestyles, a leading not-for-profit disability services provider, are currently seeking a People and Culture Officer to join our Corporate Services team to provide hands on support throughout the employee lifecycle. About the Role This hands-on role will report directly to the Executive Manager People, Culture and Change and will act as the first point of contact for our employees and candidates. The role will provide generalist people and culture support, with a focus on the recruitment of our Lifestyle Attendants (disability support workers). Key Responsibilities Coordinating end to end recruitment of our both disability support workforce and office staff, including liaising with internal stakeholder regarding recruitment requirements Supporting the business throughout the employee life cycle, including the offboarding of staff Monitoring and managing employee document including compliance and HR records Assist where required with disciplinary processes and relevant investigations Ensure that the organisational practices align with Fair Work legislation, the SCHADS award, Enhanced Lifestyles Enterprise Agreement, NDIS requirements and Enhanced Lifestyles policies Support Learning and Development with the facilitation of training and staff orientation Provide sound advice and support with Return-to-Work processes, whilst engaging with our insurer, Gallagher Bassett Assist where required with people and culture projects and implementation About You We are seeking a driven individual with a proactive approach to the role and strong communication skills. Role Requirements: Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline (desirable) Knowledge around the SCHADS Award (desirable) Experience working with applicant tracking platform Expr3ss (desirable) Experience in a similar role including with end-to-end recruitment and support throughout the employee lifecycle NDIS Workers Screening or willing to obtain South Australian Working with Children check or willing to obtain Why Join Us This is a rare opportunity to shape the recruitment process and make the role your own.
