We’re live in over 1,000 restaurants across Canada, the US, UK, Germany, and Australia, and we’re just getting started. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a passionate and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead our restaurant market strategy in Australia.



About the Role

As the Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for launching, building, and scaling Sadie’s presence in the Australian restaurant industry. You will lead the charge in introducing restaurant owners, operators, and hospitality groups to the benefits of voice AI, and work closely with our CEO and product team to ensure our solutions deliver tangible impact.

This role is perfect for someone who understands the dynamics of the restaurant industry, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and knows how to open doors and close deals.

What You'll Do:

* Sales Execution: Own the full sales process—from prospecting and demos to negotiations and closing—targeting restaurant groups, franchises, and independent operators.
* Market Penetration: Identify and develop new sales opportunities across the Australian restaurant landscape, focusing on high-impact regions and high-volume venues.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, hospitality executives, booking platform providers, and POS integrators.
* Go-To-Market Strategy: Localize our global sales strategy to the Australian restaurant market, including channel partnerships, referral networks, and regional campaigns.
* Industry Expertise: Represent Sadie at restaurant industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and authority.
* Feedback Loop: Work closely with product and customer success teams to channel customer insights and support product evolution.
* Partner Management: Develop and execute partnership strategies with a strong emphasis on ROI, customer acquisition, and long-term value creation.
* Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics and forecast growth using tools like HubSpot and internal dashboards.

What You Bring:

* 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to the restaurant or hospitality industry.
* Deep understanding of restaurant operations, technology buying cycles, and the challenges of service-level staffing.
* Proven ability to hit sales targets in a high-velocity or consultative sales environment.
* Experience with SaaS or hospitality tech platforms (e.g., booking engines, POS systems, ordering platforms).
* Strong personal network in the Australian restaurant ecosystem is a plus.
* High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to operate autonomously.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
