About the Role
If you're tired of applying for the same old admin jobs, this one has a bit more heart. You'll be supporting our retail team and helping new managers settle into their roles and community life.
You'll be the friendly face new recruits meet first, helping with onboarding, training schedules, and making sure they start off on the right foot. You'll also be surrounded by a team that's always happy to help you grow.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answering calls that come into the Retail Support Team
* Supporting Area Managers with day‑to‑day admin tasks
* Sending out weekly communications to stores
* Managing compliance‑related training schedules
* Helping new managers transition into their roles and communities
* Assisting in creating a wellbeing program for retail managers
* Coordinating onboarding and maintaining training matrices
What You Bring
* Experience in a support or admin role, ideally in a busy or medium‑sized organisation
* Great phone manner and strong customer service skills
* Confident using MS Word, Excel, and other office tech
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills - you can juggle a few things at once
* Good written and verbal communication
* Friendly, approachable, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
