You will work under teacher direction, assisting students in achieving their full potential through the creation and preparation of resources as well as the successful implementation of individual or small group programs, including one-on-one or small group intervention sessions. Suitable applicants will be timetabled to specific students or classes and will work with classroom teachers to best determine how to adjust instruction/activities to support students' access to the learning program. The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teaching staff to plan individual learning goals for students is highly desirable.Suitable applicants will ideally be flexible, highly collaborative, and willing to share their skills and expertise.
