About the Role
As a BMW Product Genius, you will be the go-to expert on all things BMW.
You will support our Sales team and customers by showcasing the latest vehicle features, technologies, and innovations, helping customers explore the BMW range and understand what makes each model unique.
Your goal?
To inspire confidence and excitement about the BMW brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in the showroom and during handovers
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product walkarounds
- Explain vehicle technology and features in an easy to understand way
- Stay up to date with the latest BMW innovations and models
- Support the Sales team with product knowledge and training
- Assist with vehicle deliveries, events, and showroom presentation
About You
- Passionate about automotive technology and innovation
- Naturally confident, friendly, and great with people
- Strong communicator with a customer first mindset
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn
- Well presented, professional, and reliable
- Full, valid Australian Driver's Licence
Experience in the automotive industry or in a customer facing role is ideal but not essential.
Full training and certification will be provided through the BMW Genius program.
