About the role
As a Warehouse operations team member, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of operations by:
* Safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move poultry products within the warehouse
* Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently
* Pick and pack orders accurately according to job sheets, load lists, or production requirements.
* Prepare, label, and palletise products for dispatch to ensure correct stock handling and traceability.
* Use RF scanners or manual pick sheets to locate, select, and record stock movements.
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
* A current, valid forklift licence.
* Demonstrated experience operating forklifts within a fast‑paced warehouse or logistics environment.
* Comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume operational setting.
* A strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and effective teamwork.
* Consistent reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
