About The Role
We are seeking exceptional trainers to teach Certificate III/IV in Community Services, Certificate IV in Mental Health, Certificate IV in Disability, and/or Certificate III in Individual Support. As a trainer, you will develop and deliver high-quality training, ensuring excellent service delivery.
You will assess learner competencies in both classroom, workplace, and e-learning environments. This role also involves contributing to the development of assessment strategies, tools, and reporting on student learning outcomes.

About You
To be successful as a Trainer, you will need:
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or TAE40110;
* Vocational competence in the courses: Cert III/IV Community Services, Cert IV Mental Health, Cert IV in Disability &/or Cert III Individual Support;
* Experience in developing and delivering training material, learning material, and assessments;
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
* Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless you are an Excepted Person as defined by the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions.
