HRIS Product Manager Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the company's HR information system, ensuring seamless integration with existing solutions and strategic alignment with business objectives.
1. Key Responsibilities:
* Implement new or improved updates to existing HR solutions
* Manage Workday configuration strategy with Global HR Workday Director
* Develop project plans and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Identify test scenarios and provide support in Systems Integration Testing (SIT)
* Act as an expert on configurations and shape business process architecture
* Stay informed of the Workday roadmap and advocate for business needs
About You:
* Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting
* Functional expertise in one or more HR topic areas: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, and/or Talent & Recruiting
* A team player with exceptional communication skills
