About the Role

Are you ready for your next real security challenge? If so, CrowdStrike is seeking a Victoria-based Sales Engineer with significant security and telecommunications expertise. You should be able to articulate how current security solutions are designed and deployed, and why they are failing. You will be part of a team responsible for changing what the security market and customers believe is possible with next‐generation endpoint technology. You should be comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment on multiple engagements.

What You'll Do
* Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
* Configure product installations and customizations in POV engagements.
* Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
* Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging.
* Work as a Trusted Advisor with prospects and customers to gain mind‐share and ensure project success.
What You'll Need
* Considerable proven experience in sales engineering – particularly in the areas of security & telecommunications.
* Demonstrable experience working with large enterprise organizations.
* Comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment on multiple engagements.
* Self‐motivated and excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, both internally and externally.
* Strong problem‐solving skills, ability to analyse complex scenarios and use a systematic approach to gain quick resolution.
* The ability to fully understand complex architectures and quickly identify possible gaps or opportunities for bypassing traditional security technologies.
* Technical understanding in relevant areas such as endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero‐trust, and MDR/XDR.
* Experience working with threat intelligence solutions.
* Understanding of incident response and investigation methodology.
* Ability to travel to customer locations and events.
