About the Role:
A Property Administrator provides strong administrative support in handling sensitive Prison and Prisoner documentation, administrative and business support services.
Some of your duties will include:
* As part of the Records & Property team, and under supervision, providing high quality services and perform all functions pertaining to prisoner records, Individual Management File (IMF) registry and prison archives at BSW prisons
* Coordinate the preparation of all documentation relating to a prisoner's transfer, classification, release and court appearances and undertake operational processes associated with the prison's bails and discharges
* Controling and managing the daily operations of the Prisoners information into the PIMS and E*Justice Systems.
About You:

* Ability to undertake inquiries, prepare reports, correspondence and statistical returns
* Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, guidelines and regulations.
