Data Platforms Transformation Specialist


Description:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive complex data projects, migrations, and risk model implementations for a leading organisation. As Data Platforms Transformation Specialist you will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements and translating these needs into solutions that meet Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and align with business objectives. Your expertise in Agile frameworks and ability to structure requirements into formalized documentation will enable you to deliver results-driven outcomes.


Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements.
* Translate business needs into solutions that meet NFRs and align with business objectives.
* Support Agile project delivery, removing team impediments and providing mentorship to junior consultants.


Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience in IT Consulting or related fields as a Technical Business Analyst.
* 3+ years of Credit Risk experience with knowledge of credit risk principles.
* 5-10+ years of Business Analysis experience at a senior level.
* Proficiency in SAS or SQL for at least 2-3 years in a hands-on role.
* Expertise in JIRA and Confluence.
