About the Role
We're on the hunt for an experienced and proactive CNC Operator to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in operating our CNC cutter to ensure high-quality production that meets our strict QA benchmarks. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that thrives on producing excellent work and hitting targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate the CNC cutter to meet production and quality standards.
* Lay up products accurately, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
* Manage sign production timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
About You
You're an experienced operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a team. You take pride in your work, have a strong eye for detail, and are ready to hit the ground running.
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a CNC or Zund operator.
* At least 2 years of experience in print finishing, including vinyl weeding, application, and laminating.
* Proficient in routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
* Ability to read and interpret shop and architectural drawings.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* A team player who meets deadlines with precision and quality.
* Physically capable of manual tasks, such as loading/unloading machines.
* Familiarity with PC-based software.
* High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
