Your positive energy, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all who walk through our doors.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, following our established recipes and quality standards.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring personalized preferences are met.Operate coffee brewing equipment and other machinery with precision and care.Maintain a clean and organised work area, including equipment, countertops, and seating areas.Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalised recommendations and exceptional customer service.Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.Assist with opening and closing duties: setting up, cleaning/maintaining equipment, reporting stock levels to management, etc.Requirements:2+ years of experience as a barista preferred, but we are also willing to train candidates with a genuine passion for coffee and customer service.Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods, coffee characteristics, and latte art will be a plus.Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional quality beverages.Outstanding communication and customer service skills.Ability to self-manage/motivate, work well within a team, and contribute to a positive work environment.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.If you are an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who loves coffee and is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you!
