Overview
As an L2 in our Perth MSP, you'll handle tickets, perform advanced troubleshooting, and support project deployments.
On-site (office and client sites); hybrid may be considered after probation.
We're big on mentoring, clarity, and finishing well.
What you'll do
Handle support tickets and perform advanced troubleshooting across networking, servers, cloud, security
Bridge frontline and senior engineering—own incidents end-to-end and escalate smartly
Support project deployments (M365/Azure, identity, networking) and improve SOPs/documentation
Keep clients informed with clear, proactive communication; maintain excellent ticket hygiene and time entry
What to expect
Fast-paced MSP work with context switching across multiple SMBs
On-site/client-site first; occasional after-hours emergencies with documented compensation
Salary & benefits
$75,000–$95,000 + super (DOE), paid cert time and mentoring, structured 30/60/90 onboarding
Clear WFH guidelines; hybrid after probation when appropriate
