As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will play a key role in delivering safe and effective telehealth consultations. You will assess patients, develop personalised treatment plans, prescribe within your scope of practice, and provide ongoing support and follow-up care.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking compassionate, motivated Nurse Practitioners who are comfortable working independently while supported by a dedicated clinic team. The role involves conducting virtual consultations and coordinating patient care across a variety of treatment areas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia (with prescribing rights for Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 medicines)
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
* Proficiency in telehealth technologies and electronic medical records
* Ability to work autonomously while following clinical protocols
* Prior telehealth or remote work experience (preferred but not essential)
* Interest in areas such as chronic disease management, preventative health, medical weight loss, or alternative therapies (experience desirable but not essential)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct telehealth consultations with new and existing patients
* Assess medical history and symptoms to determine suitability for treatment options
* Develop safe, tailored treatment plans and prescribe within scope
* Maintain accurate and compliant patient records and documentation
* Monitor progress and adjust treatment as required
* Collaborate with GPs, specialists, and other clinicians as needed
* Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical and regulatory standards
