Job Title: Bookkeeper Sydney
You will work in a supportive multi-disciplinary environment where you can develop your skills and expertise as a bookkeeper. The position involves working with payroll, accounts receivable and payable, banking and cash handling, as well as maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
* To assist with the fortnightly employee payroll process.
* To prepare monthly contractors' pay.
* To handle all payroll administration tasks including onboarding updating & exit processes.
* Daily reconciliation of bank accounts and accounts receivable receipting.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of proven bookkeeping experience holding a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher. Strong organisational skills prioritisation attention to detail excellent verbal written communication skills computing Skills - Microsoft Office particularly Excel Outlook accounting package Xero are also required along with problem-solving initiative positive attitude.
