- Manage a large claims portfolio, overseeing recovery efforts.
- Engage with clients and Third Parties throughout the claims process.
- Achieve weekly and fortnightly benchmarks.
**_Settlements Advisor:_**
- Mitigate costs and negotiate with other Insurance Companies on behalf of Youi.
- Liaise with Youi customers and other Insurers at various claim stages.
- Gather information, review liability, and use road rules and legal precedents.
**What We're Looking For**:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Conflict resolution expertise with confidence
- Strong time management skills and multitasking ability
- Team player mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Knowledge of the insurance claims process (advantageous, not essential)
- Previous experience in debt collection, paralegal, or insurance (highly regarded)
