Opportunities available
IMP is recruiting for multiple positions open now — including immediate starts in Alice Springs — with a rolling intake again in December 2025 and April 2026 for Yulara projects.
IMP is seeking:
• experienced builders and carpenters (or related trades)
These roles come with clear opportunities to progress into Leading Hand, Supervisor and beyond as Total Project continues to grow.
What’s on offer
• FIFO is available (but preference is to those who are local or who will relocate). FIFO/Local employment produces the same weekly income. FIFO will be on a 19:9 Roster, 11 hour days.
• Short-term boarding provided so you can settle in quickly, with a healthy rental market and help to secure long-term housing
• Work use of a vehicle — freedom to get around and explore Central Australia
