Position Details
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we’re now looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join our team in Laverton, Melbourne, and provide on-site support that keeps our business connected and moving.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for maintaining and troubleshooting our on-site infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Installing, configuring, and supporting hardware such as access points, switches, servers, storage arrays, and end-user devices.
- Working with vendors and internal teams to coordinate upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
- Supporting infrastructure projects such as new site deployments or expansions.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and helping ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong IT infrastructure or network support experience.
- Practical knowledge of networking, hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
- Robust problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
- Great communication and customer service skills—you’ll be working closely with colleagues across the business.
- Experience in vendor coordination or working in enterprise/multi-site environments (desirable).
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (a bonus, not essential).
