Program Overview
This comprehensive 24-month program provides invaluable experience in all facets of Livestock activity. It equips participants to become future leaders or technical experts within the industry.
The program includes four leadership and skill-building workshops, on-the-ground training, and dedicated mentors to offer ongoing support. Trainees will have opportunities to work in both saleyard and branch environments, learning effective selling and relationship-building techniques.

* A comprehensive curriculum covering business skills: compliance, sales and client relationship building, communication, marketing and social media, understanding finance, problem solving, negotiation, and team leadership
* Livestock skills: stock and station agency skills, livestock productivity, animal health and nutrition, Auctions Plus, auctioneering, wool technical and market requirements, and emerging technology
Requirements
* Strong desire to learn and succeed in the Livestock industry with excellent customer service skills and negotiation abilities
* Successful completion of Year 12
* Minimum 24 months' experience within the Agricultural industry, ideally within Livestock
* Willingness to relocate during or at the conclusion of the program
* Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian permanent resident – temporary visa holders are not eligible
* Vaccinated or willing to receive the Q fever vaccination
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Willingness to learn, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and leadership potential
* Genuine interest in and desire to work and learn about the Livestock Industry
