Required Skills and Qualifications
* Trade Qualifications: Hold trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Cook, with a strong focus on nutrition and culinary arts.
* Culinary Experience: Proven experience in preparing and cooking bulk meals, with an emphasis on creative menu planning and presentation.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to oversee staff, manage dietary requirements effectively, and provide guidance and support when needed.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with basic knowledge of inventory management software.
