Registered Nurse
* 3-4 days per week Monday – Sunday, with opportunity to pick up extra hours

The Role:
We are currently searching for a Registered Nurses to join our community Hospital in the Home team in New South Wales Sydney and surrounding regions. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years recent experience working in the acute hospital setting and be confident with working autonomously.
* Travel will be required for the role. You will have the opportunity to work with innovative medical and nursing professionals who see health care differently.
* Working alongside the major Public & Private Hospitals to support their patients with early discharge support.
* Delivering hospital substitution programs, post-acute care, and ambulatory infusion services.
* To join our team, you will need consolidated nursing and problem-solving skills, as well as be an excellent communicator and patient advocate.
To be part of this exciting program you must be:
* Registered Nurse with consolidated skill set including chronic & post-operative wound care, IV infusion, venepuncture, urinary catheterisation, respiratory assessment, split skin graft & donor site management and comprehensive care planning experience
* Ability to problem solve and use initiative
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- written and verbal
* Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise
* Current National Police Clearance(or be willing to obtain one)
* Current Drivers' Licence and your own reliable car fully insured, as well as your own computer/tablet, printer & phone
* Working remotely/independently within a geographic region under the supervision of our Senior Clinical Lead
