We present an excellent opportunity for a driven and capable Project Manager to join a landmark residential development on the Gold Coast. As Project Manager, you will work as part of the developer’s representative team, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and in line with design intent and commercial objectives.
This role is ideally suited to a junior to intermediate Project Manager or Contracts Administrator (builder or developer background) who is looking to step into a client-side position. You will benefit from working closely with an experienced leadership team who will provide direction and mentoring enabling you to take the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of a high-rise residential project through construction to completion
* Act as the key coordination point between the builder, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Monitor project budgets, cost reports, progress claims, and variations
* Monitor construction programs and key milestones
* Track construction programs, milestones, and delivery risks
* Attend, document, and report on meetings and project communications
* Ensure works are delivered in accordance with approved documentation, design intent, and statutory requirements
* Manage contract administration, procurement, variations and consultant engagement
* Contribute to accurate reporting and proactive risk management
Requirements
* 4+ years’ experience in construction or property development (builder or developer-side)
* Exposure to high quality residential apartment projects, ideally mid to high-rise
* Strong understanding of construction and project delivery processes
* Highly organised with excellent planning and coordination skills
* Commercially aware with genuine interest in cost and program management
* Confident communicator able to engage a wide range of stakeholders
* Motivated, proactive, and keen to build a long-term career on the developer side
