Key Responsibilities
* Co-teaching to model and support differentiated and inclusive classroom practices
* Collaborative planning with teachers and teams
* Supporting the development and implementation of PLRs (Personalised Learning Records) and ICPs (Individual Curriculum Plans)
* Using a range of student data to inform responsive teaching and intervention
* Contributing to whole school inclusive frameworks, including MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports)
* Supporting NCCD requirements, including data collection and evidence processes
