The Role
As an Investment Analyst the candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of managed funds across all asset classes including public and private markets.
* Present to our investment team and committee on managed funds and investment ideas.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key product providers in the investment management industry.
* Daily / weekly dialogue with investment team and contribution to overall investment strategy.
* Written client updates on manager research activity.
* Work with the investment team on the continued development of our investment process.
Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within a fund of fund, research house, investment manager, investment consultant, or private wealth firm.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team in a flat structure, while also taking ownership of your own objectives
* Undergraduate and/or post graduate qualifications in relevant discipline.
