Responsibilities Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a wide range of temporary blue-collar roles. Maintaining a ready-to-go pool of skilled workers to meet client needs at short notice. Building genuine, lasting relationships with candidates Ensuring every candidate enjoys a positive and professional recruitment experience. Requirements Demonstrated experience in a recruitment agency environment Experience recruiting in the blue-collar or temporary space is highly advantageous. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Strong organisational ability to manage high-volume recruitment.
