At Infinite Aged Care, Housekeeping Assistants play a critical role in providing quality housekeeping and cleaning services focused on infection control to ensure a safe, healthy living environment for residents.Working closely with the Facility Manager and the Hotel Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for cleaning resident rooms, common areas, the main entrance, outdoor entertainment areas, admin offices, and dining halls.
You will also provide laundry services and generally ensure that residents' daily needs are met.This role is physically demanding, involving bending, squatting, lifting, and pushing items to carry out daily tasks safely.
It is essential that you can perform these tasks without risk of injury to yourself, colleagues, or residents.About YouYou are compassionate, with a customer service mindset.
You are a strong communicator and problem solver who 'thinks on your feet', builds supportive relationships, and strives for the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the facility.At Infinite Aged Care, we hire based on attitude and aptitude; experience in aged care is not required.
However, you should align with our philosophy and values, have strong communication skills, be computer literate, and committed to resident wellbeing.
