About us:

East Coast Water Blasters specialise in the sales, service and repair of commercial and industrial pressure cleaners and plumbers jetting equipment. We offer on-site mobile service as well as having a fully equipped workshop and showroom in Beresfield. Our on-site servicing extends to various locations throughout New South Wales, ensuring that our customer's needs are met promptly and efficiently.

East Coast Water Blasters seeking an experienced and motivated Workshop Coordinator to lead our team of technicians based in Beresfield.

You will be responsible for liaising with the team that repair customers machines in an efficient, effective and safe manner both in the workshop and on site as required.

The Workshop Coordinator serves as the vital link between customers and technicians, playing a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by coordinating timely technical support and ensuring maintenance activities are planned and delivered seamlessly.

The role:

· Schedule and coordinate service bookings, ensuring efficient use of resources

· Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction

· Work collaboratively and act as primary liaison with the Service, Parts and Sales departments

· Arrange estimates or quotes for repairs

· Arrange required equipment and parts for job completions

· Monitor and track and minimise work in progress

· Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction

· Ensure our technicians comply with all WHS responsibilities, and a safety-first culture is a consistent behaviour within the team

· Arrange site access for technicians, including coordinating required inductions, mobilisation, and training

About you:

· Experience working in a service department preferred

· Strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Strong computer literacy skills

· Trade qualifications in Diesel/Plant Mechanic or Electrical would be beneficial

· Ability to filter and prioritise tasks

· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Support existing customers through maintaining strong communication while proactively resolving issues

As the ideal candidate you will also have:

· Experience in a similar position with the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills while managing your time efficiently within a high paced work environment

· A strong technical understanding of high-pressure cleaners and plumbers jetting equipment or relevant trade qualifications equal to or within a related field.

· You work well with others, demonstrating consideration, professionalism, and courtesy in every interaction.

Benefits:

· Fulltime position immediate start

· Above award wage including superannuation

· Company supplied uniform and personal protective equipment

· Standard working hours from Monday to Friday: either 7am – 3pm or 8am – 4pm

· Overtime opportunities available, with compensation in accordance with the award
