Based in the bustling Westfield Carousel shopping centre, our store is a vibrant hub where you'll support a passionate team dedicated to creating unforgettable moments for every customer.
About This Role:
* Perform a wide range of administrative tasks including financial management, banking, invoice payments, stock receipt and transfer, goods return, filing, insurance, mail, repairs, stocktake processing and more
* Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
* Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* A positive and helpful approach to action requests from the team and customers
* Strong administration skills (ideally within a retail setting)
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise and a focus on follow through
* Confidence to communicate with customers/team/suppliers in store and over the phone
