What You'll Do Build and maintain a high-quality candidate pipeline Screen, interview, and support nurses through every step of the hiring journey Manage onboarding, compliance, reference checks & documentation Collaborate with consultants and admin teams to fill client needs quickly Keep systems up-to-date and contribute to recruitment process improvements What We're Looking For Recruitment or resourcing experience (healthcare a bonus!)
