Support the delivery and coordination of key projects across the Faculty of Medicine and Health's Research Networks
Base Salary $103,185 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity

As part of our continued investment in the Faculty of Medicine and Health (FMH), we are seeking a Network Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and project support to several of our 12 FMH Research Networks.
In this role, you will provide project and operational support to Faculty of Medicine and Health (FMH) Research Networks, assisting the implementation and delivery of business and operational activities and tasks to meet established objectives, milestones and deliverables.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a multi-faceted program, providing proactive administrative and project coordination. This includes planning and delivering events, communications, and promotional activities in collaboration with stakeholders. You will maintain governance and membership systems, and contribute to network planning, financial management, and progress reporting.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
provide project and operational support to FMH Research Networks
plan and support in-person and online network events
build effective collaborative relationships with key faculty and university stakeholders to ensure the success of network activities
support planning, financial tracking, communications, and logistics within a project management framework
provide governance support for assigned networks including secretariat support and the preparation of timely information, analysis and reporting
produce creative and engaging digital content using University platforms for managing website content and newsletters and emailed communications
manage network membership databases and related tasks such responding to or triaging membership and membership inquiries and managing data integrity for the network membership databases
About you
a tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as events management, communications, or project management
experience providing administrative and project support, ideally within the higher education sector
demonstrated understanding of the project lifecycle, documentation, and methodologies
experience producing or coordinating content across multiple media types (e.g. text, images, audio, video)
strong stakeholder management and communication skills
excellent organisational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
