Electrical Specialist Job Summary
This role involves installing, maintaining and upgrading electrical systems and components. It requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and standards, as well as the ability to work safely in various outdoor environments.
* Install, maintain and enhance electrical systems and components, including fuses, lights and wiring
* Inspect, test and diagnose issues with electrical systems and components
* Perform all work in accordance with electrical codes, blueprints and industry standards
* Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning
* Document repairs and service information as required
* Manage inventory of necessary supplies and parts
* Calibrate equipment to specified requirements
* Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical systems and components
* Troubleshoot problems and make timely repairs
Work Environment:
This role operates in various outdoor locations, exposing employees to heat, cold, dust and noise.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Employee must be able to work overhead, climb ladders, operate hand and power tools. Some work may be at heights up to and exceeding 90 feet and may be in confined spaces.
