About the role

We have an opportunity for a Change Manager to be part of our Client Engagement team, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Change Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of change management strategies to support a portfolio of strategic projects, to achieve project outcomes, and support achievement
of organisational objectives.

This is a unique opportunity to drive organisational transformation within the NSW Police Force by leading the development and implementation of change management strategies that enable successful delivery of strategic projects. The Change Manager will be responsible for delivering end to end change management independently and must demonstrate proven experience in leading large transformation programs and complex, high impact projects.

The Change Manager will work within a dynamic project environment to design and execute change initiatives, manage cultural impacts, and ensure stakeholder engagement across diverse business units. This role requires advanced communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to influence senior stakeholders and optimise outcomes in a complex, multifaceted organisation.

In organisations with established structures and priorities, change often needs to be delivered without disrupting critical operations. Give an example of how you adapted your change approach to respect organisational priorities and stakeholder sensitivities while achieving the desired outcomes.
