Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in developing quality programs for children;

* Manage daily program operations and activities;

* Support the coordinator with staff supervision, administration, and documentation;

* Maintain compliance with relevant policies and procedures;

* Perform administrative tasks as required;

* Collaborate with families, educators, and school community members;

Requirements:

* Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field (minimum Diploma in Children Services);
">
* Experience in assisting with programming and providing quality childcare;

* Proven experience in maintaining effective administration and documentation in an OSHC setting;
">
* Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities;
">
* First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain;
">
* Blue Card or Certificate of Suitability to work with Children and Young People;
">
* NQF knowledge would be advantageous.
