What You'll Do:
* Provide high‐quality agronomic and technical advice to growers across the region
* Build and maintain long‐term, trusted relationships with existing customers
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through superior agronomic insight and service
* Develop a deep understanding of each client's operation, goals and seasonal requirements
* Share relevant technical, seasonal and market insights to improve farm productivity and sustainability
* Stay current with latest plant production practices and agronomic innovations
* Stay up to date with late digital tools and use them to ensure the best outcomes for your growers
* Coordinate and participate in field days, trials and farmer meetings, positioning yourself as a local subject‐matter expert
* Act as a go‐to agronomy advisor for cotton and broadacre inputs in the region
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience as a trusted advisor in an agronomy‐focused role
* Ability to work in a team
* Strong understanding of agronomic products, seasonal timing and grower requirements
* Demonstrated capability in sales planning, call cycle management and customer growth
* Excellent customer service, organisational and administrative skills
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high‐performing team
* Experience in agronomic advisory roles relating to agricultural chemicals and fertiliser
* Knowledge of horticultural agronomy (highly regarded, but not essential)
* A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science (or related discipline)
* A current driver's licence
