Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cadastral and land titling projects from initiation to registration
* Ensure surveys are compliant with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
* Mentor and guide junior surveyors and technical staff
* Perform field and office-based survey work as needed
Candidate Profile:
* Registered Cadastral Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in cadastral surveying post-registration
* Cadastral endorsement essential
* Strong knowledge of Queensland land titling systems and subdivision processes
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
