Our newest and most rapidly growing group is Plan Partners and Plan Tracker, both are NDIS focused plan management businesses which you will be working with in this generalist HR Manager role. You will take the lead across a diverse range of conversations, recommendations and advice regarding the full suite of HR services, and provide support and advice in workplace relations matters.
As a HR Manager in our business you will be responsible for supporting, coaching and providing daily guidance to leaders and employees within your client group, and help to drive and develop our MMSG 'Better Together' culture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Working with Executives and Senior Management to build and implement human resources solutions in line with McMillan Shakespeare Group (MMSG) strategy.
- Managing the delivery of recommendations and solutions covering multiple areas of human resources, including employee relations, employee learning and development, communications, resource planning, organisational change management and succession planning.
- Utilising people metrics, capability requirements and business metrics to Identify areas of long-term development in order to optimise business and employee success.
- Providing interpretation and counsel to Management at all levels regarding policies, programs and practices.
- Researching issues and developing solutions to resolve operational needs.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new policies, practices and programs to meet MMSG's and management needs.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Support both employees and leaders, and represent the business in Employment Relations matters.
- Assist with engagement survey analysis for business units and creation of packs for team communication. Support leaders in implementing change based on engagement survey feedback.
- Collaborate with leaders and managers to identify and evaluate succession plans for each business unit.
**To be considered for this role you will have**:
- The ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organisation's hierarchy, jobs, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
- Proficiency with HRIS Systems, and ideally with Workday.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including remuneration, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and fair work / employment laws.
