We are seeking a Signage All-Rounder to join our Print Room team at our Dandenong South facility. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in quality workmanship, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
About the Role
* Operating large-format printers (vinyl, banners, decals, truck curtains, signage)
* Laminating printed media
* Cutting and finishing (Guillotine, plotters, hand finishing)
* Weeding, trimming, packing, and job preparation
* Assisting with material handling and roll loading
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized Print Room
* Working closely with Prepress, Scheduling, and Dispatch teams
About You
* 5 years experience in signage and print production
* Confidence working with vinyl's, laminates, and printed media
* A strong eye for detail and quality control
* A reliable work ethic and positive team attitude
* Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines
* A commitment to workplace safety
* Able to work full time and FULL Work rights in AUS
* Good communication skills
