They are now seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their growing commercial division. This role will work closely with the Director, providing portfolio management while mentoring junior Property Managers and contributing to the ongoing development of the department.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing a well-maintained portfolio consisting predominantly of industrial assets
* Providing leadership, guidance and support to junior team members
* Working closely with the Director on commercial strategy and operational improvements
* Delivering high-quality service to owners, tenants and stakeholders
* Taking a hands‑on approach and confidently rolling up your sleeves when needed
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in commercial property management or a similar field
* Leadership qualities – supportive, proactive and able to mentor others
* Strong work ethic and a willingness to be involved across all areas of the portfolio
* Someone based south of the river, with strong local market knowledge preferred
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
