Our client is a large utility provider looking to transition their ERP payroll and timesheet system and to leverage modern contemporary technology to streamline/automate and risk control as much as possible.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform project administration activities (e.g., organising meetings, maintaining project files)
- Develop slide packs and minutes (e.g., for the Project Control Group)
- Prepare and update project documentation
- Task management (e.g., creating work schedules, following up with task owners)
- Keep Daptiv (client's project management system) current (status reports, risk register, benefits register, change requests, project schedule)
- Review and report on project costs and forecasts
- Act as deputy in case of absence of the Project Manager
- Any other activities as directed by the Project Director and Project Manager.
