Synergie is seeking Workshop labourers for our client, who is a leading powerhouse in the Trades & Manufacturing industry, renowned for delivering high-quality solutions and an excellent working environment, located in Gillman.
This is a casual ongoing position with the opportunity to transition to permanency for the right person.
Hours: Monday to Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required during busy periods.
Pay Rate
$32.90 per hour + penalties
Key Duties
1. General workshop and yard labouring
2. Mainly focus on grinding and preparing steel structures
3. Moving and organising materials
4. Supporting dispatch and completing occasional local deliveries (manual ute)
5. Maintaining a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
6. Previous experience in a workshop, factory, construction, or labouring role
7. Comfortable with physical work
8. Ability to drive a manual vehicle (preferred)
9. Able to pass a drug & alcohol test
