About the role
Booth Transport is seeking an experienced Bulk Line-haul Driver (Grinding Media) to join our team in Wattleup, WA. As a Bulk Line-haul Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of bulk grinding media across our extensive transport network. This is a full-time position based in our Wattleup depot.
What you'll be doing
* Safely operating End Tippers / Tipping Skels (Double Road Train configurations)
* Transporting bulk grinding media ex Perth to Regional WA
* Servicing multiple mine sites, dealing with clients and other stakeholders with a friendly and professional attitude
What we're looking for
* Driver able to demonstrate strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
* Ability to operate in a professional and safe manner.
* Must follow company procedures, including hazard, near miss and incident reporting processes.
* Professional presentation and meticulous about fleet presentation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Liaising with customers of our client, with a friendly and professional attitude
Skills and Experience
* Previous on road experience operating multi trailer combinations
* Must be able to drive a road ranger.
* Experience with different types of trailing equipment desirable but not essential - we can provide full training.
* Must complete a pre-employment medical.
* Provide a safe driving history record.
