* Lead Qualification: Work with the sales team to review their leads and identify potential R&D tax incentive clients.
* Client engagement: Conduct discovery meetings with the sales team and respective clients to assess R&DTI eligibility and scope core and supporting activities.
* Application Management: Prepare technical documentation and financial expenditure calculations aligned with AusIndustry and ATO requirements.
๐) Meet with clients and collect required information. Preparation of R&DTI Application project plans and manage the DISR / AusIndustry submission;
๐) Analysis of financial reports and underlying data to prepare R&D expenditure calculations for the completion of ATO R&DTI Schedules;
๐) Advise on and collate substantiation for technical and financial components of claims for clients. Ensure clients have required documentation.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, with a deep understanding for their business and provide extensive client involvement and consulting to ensure successful R&D claims. Educate clients on best practices for record keeping and compliance.
* Revenue Growth: With the in-depth knowledge gained through the R&D Claims, leverage tools and research to identify other grants that our R&D clients are eligible for. Assist with grant applications either directly or indirectly via grant writers.
* Administration Management: Facilitate agreements, provide ongoing reporting and compliance to track results for clients and work with the finance team to invoice clients based on outcomes.
* Specialised Knowledge: Provide support to the wider FundFindrs team on how to qualify and find potential R&D opportunities. Also providing R&D Tax Incentive advice to a wide range of companies from start-ups through to multinationals.
* Policy monitoring: Stay up to date with legislative changes and portal updates (e.g. new application formats and evidence fields).
* Adhoc & Admin: Support the FundFindrs team with other grant and client related administration and duties as required.

* 3+ years' experience preparing and lodging R&D Tax Incentive applications across a range of industries.
* In-depth knowledge of the R&D Tax Incentive program and DISR / AusIndustry and ATO compliance expectations.
* Clear, professional writing skills to document technical or operational activities.
* A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work with internal teams as well as build relationships with clients.
* Independent worker able to manage own deadlines and multiple projects.
* Nice to have: Experience with other government grants, state funding bodies, or innovation agencies.
