What You’ll Do We are currently searching for a switched-on Retail Manager to take our Ramsay Pharmacy Wendouree to the next level. Lead a professional & fun team with a great working roster. This position requires a passionate individual with an ability to guide and lead others, drive sales, and meet KPI's. Coach and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding and induction. Maintain employee work direction including base rostering, training and annual leave Create an empowering culture that enables the pharmacy and retail team to excel What You’ll Bring Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement. S2/S3 qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential. Requirements Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months According to the role, Ramsay Pharmacy may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
