About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Commercial Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers exceptional service to our clients.
Ideal Experience & Skills:
* Minimum 5 years in commercial property management
* Strong understanding of retail/commercial leases and outgoings
* Skilled in lease administration and financial reporting
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in property management software (Released/Cirrus8) and MS Office
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (QLD)
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
* Oversee lease administration (rent reviews, renewals, renegotiations)
* Manage arrears, outgoings, budgets, and compliance requirements
* Conduct inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
* Coordinate capital works, fit-outs, and make-good projects
* Liaise with contractors, tenants, and owners to ensure smooth operations
* Use advanced property management software for seamless communication and reporting
